Exposure to Application Software, ERP packages (preferably SAP) and first level support. . Expertise in Application - User Management, BackUp/Restore processes, Data Integrity Controls as per GxP Compliance. . Understanding of SDLC structure, Computerized Systems validations and Hardware Qualifications. . Documentation related to Quality processes such as Change Controls, CAPA, Deviations and Investigations. . Knowledge of GAMP5 and regulatory guidelines such as 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, etc. . Exposure to Microsoft365 applications Will work as an IT Partner for the Site Management . Will provide business analysis. . Initiation and leading business processes and systems improvement initiatives . Will be responsible for delivering and supporting technology solutions while executing as a hand-on business analyst and systems analyst. . Understanding system requirements, discussing business process / proposals / implementation issues / data security etc. . Will work with business teams and the IT Support functions to find the best way to design new processes and solve process-related problems. Collection of Business Requirements, Analyzing & Mapping of business in ERP or any other applications that are being used. Translate business objectives and requirements into functional and system specifications. Qualifications Person who has worked in Pharma companies in similar role . Fluent in English - Written, Spoken & Reading . Understanding of IT Hardware and Networking . Good Project Management Skills . Excellent Communication, negotiation, financial, business partnering and writing skills . Able to work in a fast-paced deadline driven global environment . Task & Problem Solving oriented .
