The Sr. Finance Manager will lead and support finance activities including (but not limited too): budgets, forecasts, variance analysis and achievement of performance targets for Anda (a division of Teva). The position will support the full P&L (revenue to operating profit) as well as obtain industry information regarding supplier pipeline, new product launches, price erosion, etc. This will require strong business partnership and a robust forecasting process that is unique to Anda (Anda is the largest Secondary player in a market where its competition is Teva\'s largest customers and where Anda\'s suppliers are competitors of Teva). The incumbent will report, analyze and recommend actions to improve performance, processes and systems. The individual needs to drive the analysis and decision-making support for operational planning and top management, key projects and metrics tied to strategies. Key projects and support areas include:

Primary Areas of Impact & Job responsibilities:

1 Management Reporting
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct accurate and timely reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually)
\xef\x82\xb7 Gather, analyze and translate data from numerous sources to provide a clear financial picture. Prepare internal financial and operational reports and statements including data, analysis and professional comments to support an effective decision-making process.
\xef\x82\xb7 Facilitate reporting in support of key stakeholder groups

2 Financial Accounting
\xef\x82\xb7 Complete review of key financial postings (e.g. restructuring postings, accruals etc.) to ensure accuracy of reporting and cost center balances.
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform closing process activities, review accruals notifications and ensure accuracy of general ledgers & cost center accounting. Complete variance analysis review to ensure timely and accurate financial statements, prepare data required for Statutory and Global Internal Audits.
\xef\x82\xb7 Support and maintain systems data for overall annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes of the site, according to global guidelines.

3 Planning & Forecasting
\xef\x82\xb7 Complete review of forecasts to ensure forecasts are complete, reasonable and aligned to financial accounting standards and financial targets, for sites, region, global function, and across P&L Geographies and BUs.
\xef\x82\xb7 Interact and Coordinate with Senior Business and Finance leaders for all Planning/ forecasting and reporting requirements.
\xef\x82\xb7 Complete variance analysis review by site, region and account type to ensure robust understanding of forecast vs prior RF, LBE and AOP.
\xef\x82\xb7 Support and maintain systems data for overall annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes of the function, according to global guidelines.

4 Capital Expenditure
\xef\x82\xb7 Compile capital expenditure requests, complete return on investment & NPV analysis in order to enable effective decision making regarding proposed investments.
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor capital expenditure projects in terms of CER approval, commitment and cash flow for actuals, forecasts and AOPs. Maintain financial records for each project to facilitate management reports; accurate and timely financial reporting on individual projects and consolidated level, comparison of project spend to approve budgets.

5 Global Facilities business analysis
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform ad-hoc analysis for financial reporting, planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting from an accredited institution
• 12-14 years accounting/finance for chemical, distribution, pharmaceutical industries, retail or equivalent
• Advanced presentation skills to executive management
• Excellent communication skills with varying levels in the organization
• Innovative leader who will take initiative; is results driven and solution oriented
