Role Specific:

Working with and reporting to the Regional Director, SEASA, this is a key role in the South Asia team.
Acquire new client relationships and drive new revenue in India, focusing efforts through the sale of ACAMS suite of products and services. This position will work within the CRD service line in India to drive/lead complex, multi-year sales opportunities focusing across both Corporate (NFPBs), Banking & Financial Services sectors, as well as Government Agencies.
This role is requiring of an individual who can operate independently and manage broader aspects of the sales operations including closely working with other service lines in ACAMS to help deliver clarity to our clients\' most complex AML/CFT governance, risk, and transparency challenges. The candidate is expected to work independently within a collaborative team dynamic and, through commercial success, maximise earnings potential in the form of an attractive incentive plan serving the existing and new ACAMS\' customers in India.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree required
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a demonstrable track record of over achievement in a B2B environment, ideally in the compliance industry or where professional services have formed the focus of the transaction
Strong written and verbal communication, a consultative/advisory approach, as well an ability to prioritise tasks through strong organizational and time management
Strong team, project, and client management experience, along with strong interpersonal skills
Knows and understands how the compliance ecosystem operates in India and how the relative performance of various markets and industry sectors can impact each other
Works effectively with other functional partners -- team-oriented with strong work ethic
A \xe2\x80\x9cDo Whatever It Takes\xe2\x80\x9d attitude to get things done - either to meet individual or team objectives and goals
Proficient in SalesForce to manage client communication, sales pipeline, and prioritize leads to effective closing
Fluent in English
