Job description:

Conduct induction/orientation training for all new joiners (sales, service, back office).

Deliver regular training sessions on:
MG product features, variants and technology

Sales process & customer journey

Soft skills - communication, grooming, customer handling

CRM usage and documentation process

Conduct refresher trainings as per OEM / dealership training calendar.

Coordinate with OEM trainers for central / online training programs and certifications.

Maintain training records, attendance, scores and feedback

Align training modules with MG brand standards and dealership SOPs

Support HR in organizing role-plays, mock sessions and contests to improve skills.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional behavior in the dealership

Escalate critical issues that hamper smooth execution of processes at dealership to Dealer principal, MG team, and ensure they get resolved.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & local language). Strong Analytical Skills Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Good product understanding and ability to simplify technical concepts. Confidence, patience and positive attitude. Good coordination, planning and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Customer-focused and process-oriented mindset. Good presentation skills Friendly and Team player Energetic and Positive Attention to detail Process Driven

Education:

Graduate in any discipline. MBA in HR/Marketing or Diploma in Training/Automobile will be an added advantage.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in training, sales coaching, or customer service, preferably in automobile / retail / hospitality sector.
