Role: Senior Technology Consultant

Functional Area: Assessment Consultant / Tech ARQ / Product

Educational Qualification: B. Tech/B. E (preferably CS/IT) or any equivalent degree and having relevant skills and interests

Experience: 2-4 yrs.

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding technical job competencies, summarizing the required skills and then designing a suitable solution catering to the client's requirement.

- Explaining different tech product offerings to customers and consulting them on choosing/framing the correct offering

- Effectively interacting with clients and configuring the assessments according to the client's custom needs

- Understanding technical skills that cater to the needs of corporate firms.

- Understanding quality of assessments/questions to develop a comprehensive test blueprint.

- Perform market research and analysis on existing and upcoming technical skills to be at par with the latest global standards.

- Explore current assessment practices and research about competitor products.

- Associate and engage with Subject Matter Experts/Industry experts to support the content developers to finalize the test items for different assessments.

- Setting a benchmark for content creation and developing best quality end-product.

- Translate business needs into operational requirements and proceed accordingly to meet timelines for various projects.

Ideal Candidate:

An ideal candidate will be someone who is proactive in keeping abreast of latest developments in technology landscape, someone who loves learning new technologies & coding languages. Someone who is currently in a software development role or is involved in active software development, and would like to switch to a role which is a mix of business operations, consulting and software development. He/She will have excellent problem-solving skills along with exceptional communication skills.
