• Expert in equipment development, industrialization and implementation.
• Working knowledge of pFMEA, control plans and process flow charts.
• Strong understanding of tooling, equipment building and automation principles & techniques
• Strong understanding of Automation principles
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
• Expert knowledge of Welding Processes – GMAW, Laser Welding, Resistance Welding
• Expert knowledge of Welding Equipment – Fronius / Bosch Rexroth/ Trumpf
• Expert knowledge of robotic area (Yaskawa, ABB)
• Exposure in tools manufacturing and applications

• Communication: the ability to transfer verbal/written messages in an adequate way to whom it is addressed across various levels of the organization.

  • Degree in Welding Technology
  • Project management experience is required
  • Actively involved in development of automatic assembly machines
  • Minimum of 5 years manufacturing engineering work experience preferably in automotive sector
  • Spoken & written English is mandatory
