We are currently seeking a MES Support - 241917 to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\xc4\x81taka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Top 5 Must have skill

Good experience of operational support (incident and problem handling)

Hands on experience in problem solving, root cause analysis of issues, troubleshooting, issues fixing, etc.

Strong experience of configurations handling, analysing logs, proactively monitoring services.

Experience of IT service support (tools and process like ITIL)

Knowledge / experience with monitoring tools (like Kibana, Grafana, Elasticsearch etc.)

Ability to handle high priority incidents/issues, complex situations and customers.

Readiness to work in 24x7 support environment (as and when required)

Knowledge / Experience of MES or Manufacturing Shopfloor IT support

Knowledge of Couchbase/MongoDB etc.

Top 5 Good to have skill

Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, Micro-service architecture / solutions

Knowledge / Experience of System interfaces and integration

Knowledge / Experience of release testing

Knowledge of CI/CD tools

Experience in DevOps

Knowledge / Experience of working in Agile work environment

Years of experience:4-5 Years Minimum
