Roles & Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Create lesson plans/curriculum for imparting and improving Basic IT knowledge of the students \xc2\xb7 Take regular classes as assigned by the Head of the Academic or any Industry expert \xc2\xb7 Track student progress and give them feedback \xc2\xb7 Create and conduct assessments \xc2\xb7 Mentor and handhold the candidates to deploy them on live projects \xc2\xb7 Mentor the candidates to perform all program-related tasks with accuracy and adherence to timelines and their continued development to create a WOW! \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the team to update and standardize the program content, as and when required \xc2\xb7 Conduct general troubleshooting to identify and resolve general problems and help the candidates \xc2\xb7 Install software, maintain and introduce training as and when required \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the internal staff in regards to their need to maintain and secure password, file system security and data integrity for desktop environments \xc2\xb7 Periodic reporting of metrics - prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to be shared with the leadership and development team \xc2\xb7 Support team members and team leads with all program-related tasks, ensure task completion as per timelines with accuracy \xc2\xb7 Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary. \xc2\xb7 Assist and mentor candidates for their placements and personality development \xc2\xb7 Be a part of the counselling session of the candidates visiting to the centre \xc2\xb7 Assess and evaluate the eligibility test and machine test of the candidates Requirements \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, Strong teaching and mentoring in induction experience MERN Stack Technologies are required. \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate well \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated, driven, with a can-do, problem-solving attitude \xc2\xb7 Curious in nature with a lively, broad-ranging intellect \xc2\xb7 Passionate about technology and training delivery/Ready to grow \xc2\xb7 Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Willingness to learn with a flexible approach \xc2\xb7 Ability to get hands-on when the trainee faces any challenges Job Types: Full-time, Internship Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9400,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9800,000.00 per year Benefits:
