Job Responsibilities:

- Utilize ERP systems effectively to manage product data and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.
- Oversee the production processes from conception to delivery, ensuring timely execution and quality control.
- Manage costing, approvals, and procurement of fabrics and trims.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with suppliers and internal teams to track progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Merchandising, Textiles, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in a merchandising role, preferably in a home furnishing export company.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems for inventory and production management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Residence nearby Noida area is preferred.
- Age around 30 years.
