Oversee the production processes from conception to delivery, ensuring timely execution and quality control.
Manage costing, approvals, and procurement of fabrics and trims.
Maintain organized files and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
Conduct regular follow-ups with suppliers and internal teams to track progress and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Merchandising, Textiles, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in a merchandising role, preferably in a home furnishing export company.
Strong knowledge of production processes and supply chain management.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using ERP systems for inventory and production management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Residence nearby Noida area is preferred.
Age around 30 years.
