We specialize in manufacturing home decor and women\'s clothing products to international buyers, buying agencies, and domestic customers. With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced export / sales Merchandiser to join our team. : As an Export Merchandiser at M&B, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business reach and fostering long-term relationships with international buyers, buying agencies, and domestic customers. You will be responsible for a wide range of activities aimed at promoting our products and services in the global and domestic markets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth with international retailers in the Home Decor, Fashion Accessories, and Women\'s Clothing sectors. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and new business enquiries, ensuring professional and effective communication. Manage our presence at trade exhibitions, including EPCH and Apparel Sourcing Fair at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida. This includes planning, coordination, and inviting international buyers to visit our booth. Prepare and forecast budgets for each trade exhibition and ensure cost-effective participation Develop and implement email marketing campaigns and engage in cold calling to establish relationships with buying agencies in India. Attend industry related events and network with relevant stakeholders to stay updated on trends in home decor and women\'s clothing exports from India. Explore opportunities to expand our business with domestic retailers in the women\'s fashion and home decor sectors within India. Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain long-term collaborations with clients. Monitor competitors in the home decor and women\'s clothing export industry in India to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor/ Master degree graduate from a reputed university in India. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills in English. Punctual and detail-oriented. Strong listening skills. Energetic and smart with a confident and leadership-oriented approach.
