Job Overview We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our team at A L Paper House, the largest Handmade Paper & Paper Products Exporter in India. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for handling the business development and international business development activities for our company. You will be based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and work in a full-time capacity. Qualifications And Skills Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role Bachelor\'s degree in International Business, Business Administration, or a related field Proven track record in business development and international sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong client handling and relationship management abilities Proficiency in email drafting and business communication Familiarity with manufacturing processes, particularly in the paper industry Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Roles And Responsibilities Developing and nurturing new business opportunities in the international market Identifying potential clients and conducting market research to understand their needs and preferences Managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services Negotiating and closing business deals with clients, including pricing and terms of contracts Coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, production, and timely delivery Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities Preparing reports and presentations to share with the management team and other stakeholders Collaborating with the manufacturing team to develop new product designs and concepts Assisting in the development of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns Handling communication with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings
