Job Overview

We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our team at A L Paper House, the largest Handmade Paper & Paper Products Exporter in India. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for handling the business development and international business development activities for our company. You will be based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and work in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor\'s degree in International Business, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven track record in business development and international sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong client handling and relationship management abilities
• Proficiency in email drafting and business communication
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, particularly in the paper industry
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Developing and nurturing new business opportunities in the international market
• Identifying potential clients and conducting market research to understand their needs and preferences
• Managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
• Negotiating and closing business deals with clients, including pricing and terms of contracts
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, production, and timely delivery
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Preparing reports and presentations to share with the management team and other stakeholders
• Collaborating with the manufacturing team to develop new product designs and concepts
• Assisting in the development of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
• Handling communication with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings
