Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Merchandiser to join our team at A L Paper House, the largest Handmade Paper & Paper Products Exporter in India. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our handmade paper products to domestic and international clients. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The job is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in business development and international sales
• Knowledge of the export industry and international trade regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients and manage priorities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives
• Identifying and targeting potential domestic and international clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Understanding client requirements and providing them with appropriate product solutions
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
• Working closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Preparing sales reports and analyzing market trends
• Attending industry events and exhibitions to promote the company and its products
• Staying updated with industry trends and competitors\' activities
