Job Overview

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team at A L Paper House, the largest Handmade Paper & Paper Products Exporter in India. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the production and delivery of our products to meet customer demands. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong merchandising skills and understanding of product development process
• Knowledge of import and export regulations and document drafting
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other relevant software
• Fluency in foreign languages is a plus
• Experience in international business development is preferred

• Coordinate and manage production orders to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
• Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms
• Prepare and maintain documentation for import and export processes
• Assist in the development of new products and designs
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for business expansion
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
