Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, quality, and delivery schedules
Follow up on orders and ensure timely production and shipment
4. Costing & Pricing
Prepare product costing and pricing strategies
Ensure profitability while maintaining competitive pricing
5. Order Management
Manage purchase orders from order confirmation to final delivery
Track production timelines and shipment schedules
6. Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure products meet quality standards and buyer specifications
Coordinate inspections and handle quality issues
7. Visual Merchandising (Retail Roles)
Plan and maintain attractive product displays
Ensure store layout aligns with brand guidelines
Monitor sales performance of displayed products
8. Sales Analysis & Forecasting
Analyze sales data and customer preferences
Forecast future demand and plan merchandise accordingly
9. Buyer Communication
Act as the main point of contact between buyers and production teams
Share samples, approvals, and updates with buyers
10. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory
Prepare reports on sales, stock, and production status
