Job Description

: The Senior Merchandise Planner will be responsible for the management and execution of optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) timely replenishment of saleable and non-saleable products, shipment analysis, and inventory management - review and analyse inventory. Job Responsibilities: Inventory Management - review and analyse inventory. Perform Sales & Inventory analysis and meet business plan numbers. Planning store inventory with channel partners and PO generation. Assessing Store Merchandising mix and sustaining desired sell thru. Perform detailed review of out of stocks, calculate and forecast lost opportunities due to out of stock. Assess order for new products/bestsellers. Propose Sales and liquidation of inventory for overstock items. Collaborate closely with marketing and pricing teams to manage optimum Inventory levels. Collaboration with internal verticals for stock swapping to maximise thru put. Follow up and communicate ETA on inventory status and backorders. Ensure inventory thresholds are set up correctly. Identify and fix informational and inventory discrepancies. Monitoring stock position and maintaining stock norm through weekly reports. Maximizing sales and sell-through across channels. Analysing sales to provide reports and proposals for driving future sales. Reviewing the size-wise availability of the catalogue and take required actions. Projection in season sale and tracking open to buy purchase budget. Coordinate with Visual Merchandising on weekly basis to ensure maximum sell through. Job Location : HO Jaipur, Rajasthan Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree/ Nift graduate 2-4+ years working in a multiple category/brand merchandising or planning role. Experience in Demand and Supply Chain Planning. In-depth understanding of merchandising and trading approach ( Previous experience working with an e-commerce/Offline channel Highly Commercial mindset, considering both the customer and business needs. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with strong Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working in a client-facing role Past experience working in a fast-paced business environment
