Our mission is to create pioneering industry-first solutions that address the complexities of this industry, using innovative technology to consult, design, and sell wedding services with a strong focus on ensuring high-quality fulfillment.
Backed by top-tier investors Sequoia India and Venture Highway, we are currently hiring for an experienced lead to run our venue vertical. This role will work closely with the founders and will have full responsibility for the P&L of the catering category.
JOB SCOPE: You will be responsible for the catering P&L which includes being responsible for sales & fulfillment.
KEY ROLES:
- Creating and managing the category listing on the platform
- Onboarding service providers and vendors
- Setting the pricing
- SOP for sales and training the sales team on the same
- Creating the framework for seamless high-quality fulfilment and implementation of the same
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor\'s/PG degree or higher
- In terms of skill & experience, we need one of the following
- 5+ years of catering/hospitality/food-related experience
- Tier 1 MBA
- Leadership experience at any other large service-oriented startup
