Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical

Maintain and repair HVAC systems, pumps, motors, exhaust fans, and ventilation units. Perform preventive maintenance for all mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot faults in motors, belts, bearings, and mechanical components.

Electrical

Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical panels, DB boards, wiring, lighting, and power systems. Attend electrical breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of power. Replace faulty switches, sockets, breakers, and lighting fixtures. Conduct preventive maintenance of electrical equipment as per schedule.

Plumbing

Maintain and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, water tanks, and pumps. Troubleshoot leaks, blockages, and plumbing fixture issues. Ensure proper functioning of STP, WTP, geysers, and solar water systems.

General

Attend guest room maintenance complaints related to MEP systems. Perform daily checks and record readings for pumps, panels, boilers, chillers, and utilities. Ensure all works are carried out safely and comply with hotel standards. Assist in project works, equipment installations, and vendor coordination. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Support engineering team in general maintenance works.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
