Job Description

Installation and repair:

Install, modify, and repair various MEP systems and components, such as ductwork, wiring, pipes, and control systems.

Maintenance:

Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure it is in good working order.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve issues with MEP systems and equipment using diagnostic tools and techniques.

Inspections and quality checks:

Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with specifications and safety codes.

Emergency response:

Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies related to MEP systems.

Record keeping:

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and materials used.

Safety compliance:

Follow all safety regulations, use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and monitor for unsafe practices.

Coordination:

Liaise with other trades, contractors, and building managers to coordinate maintenance and project work.

System optimization:

Monitor and make adjustments to MEP systems to improve energy efficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
