We are urgently looking for MEP HEAD (FACILITIES) - Kolkata for one renowned construction company in India. Experience : 10 to 18yrs experience
Job responsibilities :
1. Responsible for heading overall MEP maintenance department.
2. Monitoring health and oversee the efficient operation of utilities, including water, electricity, and HVAC systems.
3. Special emphasize on operation and good health keeping of STP, WTP, RO Plant, Fire Fighting Equipment, Plumbing machineries, Electrical equipment, special equipment or machineries if any etc.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
5. Manage and track maintenance budgets and expenses.
6. Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.
7. Scheduling and assigning work orders and proactive maintenance tasks.
8. Performing inspections and oversight of maintenance work to ensure quality operation of all MEP systems.
9. Hiring, training, and positioning of MEP maintenance staff.
10. Stepping in to help coordinate more complex maintenance work.
11. Maintaining all machinery to ensure it\xe2\x80\x99s at working standards.
12. Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.
13. Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
14. Planning and managing all repair and installation activities. (Preventive & Periodic maintenance)
15. Ensuring all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
16. Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.
17. Documenting and preparing monthly progress reports and maintenance logs and presenting them to the higher management on periodic basis. Salary : Best in industry
