Designation: MEP MANAGER- DESIGN & PLANNING
Reporting to: CMD
Education: Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the interior design sector.
Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage the MEP engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Ensure the team\'s adherence to project timelines.

2. Project Planning and Coordination:

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into interior design projects.
• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of MEP services to ensure they meet project requirements and management\'s expectations.

3. Quality Assurance:

• Establish and enforce quality control processes for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain the highest level of quality in MEP design and implementation.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments, such as interior design, project management, and procurement, to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to ensure effective MEP integration.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all MEP designs and installations comply with relevant local, national, and international codes and standards.
• Stay informed about changes in regulations affecting MEP systems and update practices accordingly.

6. Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with MEP systems, developing contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
