Project: This will be a unique and possibly India\'s largest hotel development. It will include two hotels - one a luxury hotel and the second a business hotel. In addition to conference facilities in both the hotels, the development will also have commercial/office space. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the conducting fieldwork Organising and directing frequent in-house meetings under the direction of the project manager. Working with the project manager/MEP in charge in the preparation of detailed personnel loading by task interfaced with the detailed schedule. Assisting in the preparation of storyboards and detailed project timelines. Facilitating coordination with architects, interior designers, Lift consultants, IT, AV, and all consultants having integration with MEP services. Assisting in the supervision and coordination of the submission of documents to appropriate reviewing authorities. Assisting in the coordination of the review responses and helping ensure they are reflected in the drawings/specifications. Ensuring a safe work environment for all staff through effective and consistent training, management and enforcement of safe work practices. Arranging or attending pre-bid conferences when the project manager cannot attend or accompany the PM. If required, issue the minutes, and agenda, under the direction/supervision of the project manager. Assisting the project manager at bid openings and helping to prepare/issue certified bid tabulation. About you You will have a degree qualification in engineering and membership of a professional body. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have proven experience working with hotel/high-rise hospitality projects from start through to completion within consultancy industry and are poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike.
