. The candidate should be capable of planning, supervising, and maintaining electrical systems for residential, commercial, or hotel projects, ensuring safety, quality, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute electrical works at site as per drawings and specifications
Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems
Manage power distribution, panels, cabling, lighting, DG sets, and UPS
Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and vendors
Ensure electrical safety, quality standards, and timely completion of works
Prepare reports, maintenance logs, and site documentation
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and local authority requirements
Attend inspections and coordinate with the Kerala Electrical Inspectorate
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Minimum required experience in electrical site execution and maintenance
Experience in
Residential / Commercial / Hotel construction & maintenance
Valid Kerala Electrical Inspectorate Licence - mandatory
Additional Requirements:
Ability to foresee and manage both
maintenance and site activities
Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills
Preferably

Willingness to attend emergency calls and site requirements
