Maintenance Engineer /Mechanical Electrical is responsible for all aspects of the maintenance of project relating to building services and Estate including Hostels. The role includes the management of the Technical team to ensure that the day to day duties are performed professionally and expeditiously to support the smooth functioning. The engineer should have through knowledge of mechanical drawing, mechanical drafting & design services along with that of Electrical and plumbing equipment. The Engineer has to prepare plans, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, general piping system, STP operation & Building Management System, Electrical & HVAC including Chiller Plants, Fire alarming systems, CCTV systems, etc. Engineer has to provide technical advice to his staff/technician, external persons and contracting service provider, regarding installation and maintenance of system. The technical advice so provided should be in coordination and consultation with the Director of the Campus and sanctioned by Central Department. Qualifications B.E/B. Tech ?Mechanical/ Electrical

• Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage
• 10-15 years relevant experience of working for a construction company or such large organizations out of which minimum 7 years of hands on experience in the field of maintenance/MEP works.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Should be well versed with local language.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Must possess strong leadership and technical writing capabilities along with excellent communication skills.
• Must be ambitious and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment
• Detailed oriented and highly organized.
• Quality oriented and deadline driven
• Must be highly accountable
