ROLE: Qualification & Experience -Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil for MEP

• Understands Orthographic and 3D Isometric Views
• 
  2 -3 years of experience in Revit MEP Modeling for Mechanical components, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire layouts for projects
• 
  Oil & Gas, Airports, AEC, Commercial and Residential Building
• 
  Knowledge in Revit modelling is expected. Exposure and experience in using BIM 360 preferred
• 
  AutoCad 2D / 3D, Revit Mep
• 
  Preference will be given to experience in international projects (US/UK/)
• 
  Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• 
  Create discipline specific BIM Modelling content.
• 
  Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.
• 
  Coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilization of BIM softwares and tools.
• 
  Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines.

Requirements

Principal Duties & Key Responsibilities;

• 
  Prepare 3D MEP Model in Revit for Modeling for Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire components for international projects
• 
  Preparation of 2D Sheets from the Revit model as per client standards
• 
  Working independently as well as with a team
• 
  A strong, self-motivated, and assertive person capable of working under pressure.
• 
  Liaison with lead business and other team members for preparation of design drawings.
• 
  Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• 
  Working in collaboration with other design disciplines.
• 
  Experience in large scale and complex projects is desirable. Experience and the working knowledge on international standards of various LODs in BIM
• 
  Attention to details, and an attitude to never compromise with quality.

Understanding of Architectural & Structural Technicality.
