Opportunity to work with a premium Bangalore based Real Estate Developer Technical upskilling 1. Prepare /discuss first cut solutions for design requirements ( design adequacy for the project, adherence to norms, cost monitoring, spatial efficiency and timely delivery). 2. Assess and approve Design solutions and the prepared drawings/BoQ/ costing for ongoing projects, for site related for projects, INFRA, RFIs, constructability issues etc. 3. Improve the Quality of MEP presentations ( PDDMs, Interdepartmental etc) so that DO has all the information needed to make decisions. 4. Ensure history task trackers are updated before meetings. Only design related issues to be discussed in internal DoD meetings and not timelines. 5. Deliverables from consultants to be tracked consistently and highlighted well in advance to mitigate delays. 6. Improve capability for design solutions by studying existing KIP Project rates/drawings/ constructability of completed projects and master plan of INFRA -MEP design. 7. Review of coordinated MEP drawings in conjunction with Architecture and Structural drawings. 8. Product design development and research for ongoing projects at KIP 9. The candidate is required to lead the end-to-end design of some of the projects [ those with higher involvement of MEP systems] and coordinate / manage all other design verticals involved or contributing for the project.
