Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparing Design Basis Report
- Preparing Heat load and Ventilation calculations as per ASHRAE standards.
- Preparing technical specifications for the complete system
- Preparing BOQ and Tender documents.
- Static pressure calculations for the Fans and Pumps
- Selection of the blower, fans, and pumps as per pressure drop calculations
- Hands on BMS design knowledge and integration of the HVAC system
- Preliminary concept layout and design capability before detailed design engineering
- Assisting in conducting fieldwork and at times taking the lead in this effort.
- Attending design meetings with the client and issuing minutes when the project manager cannot
Desired Candidate Profile
- Sound knowledge of software like HAP, TRANE TRACE, E20 forms, ACAD, Revit MEP,
- Familiar with 3D BIM environment
- Good knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, NABH, NBC, ASME Standards
- Experience in Detail Design / Infrastructure Projects
- Ability to work on Multi-Disciplinary Projects
- Knowledge about Clean room design and ISO classes 14644
