Bachelor?s degree in computer science or management of information systems OR business degree with 10+ years working experience building web and mobile applications or tools ? Excited about and have proven track record for leading and delivering software projects or have worked within an organization that focused on software development ? Solving problems something you love everyday ? Attention to detail while at the same time keeping focus on the business goals ? Desire and ability to communicate in an open and straightforward manner ? Passion and patience for helping others learn and grow development skills in a software driven world ? You are a high-energy professional that loves to engage with the customer to drive innovation in their organization Tech Qualifications and Experience ? 5 plus years of experience leading and delivering Mendix technical implementations. ? a good understanding of a programming language including SQL Java JavaScript .NET C# HTML5 Python and/or React and CSS3 ? development and implementation experience with commonly used CI/CD tooling (such as GIT/SVN Gitlab CI Jenkins Azure DevOps Visual Studio Team Services) is a must ? Passionate about cloud-native and mobile technology such as Responsive PWA or Native ? Agile Experience ? Scrum certification a plus ? Experience with Docker
