& Responsibilities:

• Designs and develops automation scripts for 3M to support server management operations
• Builds full and partial stack components for hybrid, Azure, AWS, Vcenter and on-premises solutions
• Engage and facilitate application teams on server upgrade process
• Ensures the quality, consistency, and performance of the cloud platform through fully automated deployments, functional and performance testing
• Works as a member of project teams responsible to develop and process server upgrades

Experience Required:

• 8-11 years of Information Technology (IT) infrastructure experience

Experience Must:

• 3 years Experience with Amazon AWS and Vcenter
• Python scripting - 3 Years
• Project lead exp - 3-4 Years
• Experience working Agile methodologies or working as part of an Agile team
• Experience working within project methodologies for reporting and tracking
• Experience working in an Enterprise IT role

Education and Training Required:

Bachelors degree of higher from an accredited university

Skills Desired:

• 2 years of experience with Git or GitHub
• Knowledge about Microsoft Azure solutions and Amazon AWS and VCenter
• Experience working on project teams tracking status and client engagement
• Should have good Programming Skills and Automation mindset
• Can code in scripting or programming language like Java, Javascript, etc
• Experience with Git or GitHub
• Should have excellent understanding of Automation Tools like Selenium with Java, Cypress with JavaScript, TestComplete, Appium or any similar tool
• Experience working Agile methodologies or working as part of an Agile team
• Collaborating with software developers, other QA, and product owner from user story inception to completion.
• Should have experience in management tools like JIRA, etc
• Experience working in an Enterprise IT role
• Familiar with Windows tools.
• Good read and written English communication skills. And good team player.
• Self-motivated, persistent, fast learner, and innovative.
