Member Of Technical Staff (production Support Java/linux)
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our platform in production, to resolve our customers\' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment where most applications are built on Java, will also make you an ideal candidate. Candidate must be willing to work in shifts. Responsibilities Monitor, Debug technical platform services and Run tests Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently Liaise between sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problems Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware Assume shift responsibilities in a 24*7 monitoring environment Run through Java code to be able to debug the issues Qualifications 2+ years\' of technical support experience Customer service oriented Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills Basic coding skills in Java is mandatory and any one database Proficiency in Linux
