Role Overview We are looking for: Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance. Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation. Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts. Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments. Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders. Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance. Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests. Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Familiar with the maintenance of critical maintenance like alignment, double mechanical seal, Single mechanical seal, Pump maintenance. Familiar with preventive & breakdown maintenance of Agitated vessels, APNF, Columns, Gearbox and static vessels. List your accountabilities by filling in the appropriate columns below. In the left column, rank the accountabilities from most to least important (1 being most important and so on). You will bring: ITI - MMCP, Mechanical 5 years or more of industrial maintenance experience (chemical/refinery experience preferred) Experience in Equipment maintenance/repairing, preventive maintenance. Familiar with Job safety analysis (JSA), Work permit system like hot work permit, Confined space, Height work, lifting and Line breaking.
