Job Title: Member \xe2\x80\x93 Marcom, Branding & Events Location: Mumbai Roles And Responsibilities: A. MarCom & Branding
Support the team lead with brand & communications strategy in line with PAF\xe2\x80\x99s values.
Align marketing collaterals (product brochures, flyers, posters, and other collaterals) with PAF communication guidelines, such as the PAF website, profile, organization film
Manage the monthly newsletters and social media posts
Conduct market research and monitor other leading NGOs in the education space and create new concepts, steering the company to success and establishing the founder as a thought leader in the space.
Partner with sector experts for knowledge sharing/skill building/funding/brand awareness campaigns
Develop, Manage and Implement a strategic communications agenda using varied media options to enhance the brand and image of PAF
Develop Proposals/Presentation and documents for external and internal communication
Produce content for various speeches, events, and announcements for internal circulation
B. Events & PR:
Work with various departments to design, maintain, and champion the mission, vision, and strategy of the organization
Plan, strategies, implement and manage external and internal communications (documents, presentations, videos etc.) for, but not limited to, PR events, conferences and initiatives, press releases, articles and blogs.
Design and review the online content in media announcements and media kits and produce content for various speeches, events, announcements for internal circulation
Institutional level: Media stories that will highlight \xe2\x80\x9cPehlay Akshar Foundation\xe2\x80\x9d as a decade old esteemed institution, a thought leader in the industry stories as well as management profiling.
Supporting the team lead with planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand (webinars, awards, roundtables, etc.)
Establish and maintain relationships with a wide variety of vendors / suppliers / venues / various stakeholders before, during and after the event (providing advice about food, d\xc3\xa9cor, entertainment, vendors and venues).
Ensure alignment and appropriate accountability between management, initiatives and PR goals through weekly and monthly meetings with the PR agency/ ideation/ report submissions when required.
Associations, collaborations and networking with various media houses - Print, TV, Online, Radio, On ground and award participations
Relationship building meetings with all relevant stakeholders and networking with the media to build organizational database.
Onboard Influencers/celebrities to promote PAF Work
C. Budget Management:
Supporting the team lead with managing the budget to ensure all events/campaigns doesn\xe2\x80\x99t cost more than originally planned.

Keep a working knowledge for the costs of a wide variety of heads related to typical events.
Work within the confines of the budget.
Create reliable financial reports.
Plan and release payments on time, keeping in mind the processes of PAF.
D. Crisis Management:
Foresee and manage potential roadblocks challenges that arise before or during any event/campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Preferably a Graduate in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred.
Proven experience in event/PR/MarCom with a minimum 4\xe2\x80\x935-years of experience.
Skilled in marketing techniques and event management with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office/PPT.
Proactive team player.
Must demonstrate and boast of a strong moral compass.
