To know more about us, visit What we are looking for Nexdigm is looking for a self-motivated and proficient associate to join our Healthcare team. If you aspire to build a career in project management with interest in the healthcare sector, then this can be the perfect opportunity for you. Your work will primarily involve in execution of the healthcare initiative which will include internal reporting, working with cross functional and geographical team executing projects, stakeholder management along with curating, generating and proofreading content for the Nexdigm healthcare team which publishes thought leadership content on a regular basis. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills. He/She should be able to work with multiple stakeholders and stick to agreed timelines. Candidates with exposure to project management, reporting and in-depth knowledge of copywriting, thought leadership, newsletter and SEO best practices would be preferred. Job Summary: To provide marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through multiple marketing channels. Responsibilities & duties: Prepare and maintain database as per identified marketing campaigns Contact prospects to generate meetings for the firm, via phone calls or emails Participate in the preparation of go-to-market content and presentations Provide accurate and timely information to management Develop a strong knowledge of the company\'s products and services to facilitate lead generation Work with marketing agencies to facilitate digital outreach Liaise with event agencies to conduct end-to-end online and offline events Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess against goals Skillsets we would like to see you exhibit : Research and Analysis: Experience with B2B research for gaining market intelligence Analyze and present data to stakeholders Content: Support and develop marketing messaging as per identified campaigns Manage content distribution through appropriate channels, including social media, email, and website. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting with a focus on driving engagement and conversions. Monitor and measure the success of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Funnel Building: Foster online and offline funnel that resonate with generating leads Act as a brand ambassador within the funnel and ensure firm\'s awareness Feedback Collection: Gather feedback and insights through surveys, focus groups, and other methods. Use feedback to inform product/service improvements and marketing strategies. DESIRED SKILL - Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Communications, Sociology, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred). 3 - 4 years of experience in offline and online marketing, events management, or a related role. A deep understanding of the values, behaviors, and preferences of Lead generation Proficiency in data analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
