This role is responsible for driving sales and marketing of high-tech urology and medical laser products across India and Asia. The position combines product launches, distributor management, clinical education, and close collaboration with global teams to grow the business.
Lead sales and marketing strategy for urology and medical device products across India and Asia.
Drive new product launches including positioning, pricing, promotions, and training.
Manage and develop distributor networks and support capital equipment and disposables sales.
Build strong relationships with doctors and Key Opinion Leaders through clinical events and training.
Act as the bridge between local markets and global HQ, coordinating service, regulatory, and business updates.

A medical device sales and marketing professional with 5-10 years of experience in capital equipment or high-tech medical devices.
Someone comfortable working with hospitals, clinicians, distributors, and KOLs, and supporting clinical education.
A self-driven individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
