Job Description
- To establish and develop relationships with potential customers in order to advertise the company\'s products and services to them.- Assist in ensuring successful on-boarding of new partners and customers by working closely with other team members.- To research about different sales options and analyse them.- Maintain and develop good relationships with customers through personal contact or meeting or via telephone.- To recommend solutions to any problems faced by the clients by recommending new opportunities and improvement in terms of client\'s profits and losses.- To provide proper information, guidance and support to the clients.- To study the current market trends for a product and identify improvements.- To analyse the competitor brand closely.- Promptly respond to customer queries online and offline.- Responsible for the full sales/ order processing cycle.- Able to work with a team and achieve the desired results.Qualifications : B.
