We have emerged as a prominent healthcare service provider with a primary focus on diagnosing and treating chronic back and neck pain conditions. Our utilization of cutting-edge technologies and highly effective treatment modalities has enabled us to assist over 10,000 patients in avoiding surgery, boasting an impressive success rate exceeding 90%. Our specialized Spine Physiotherapists hold fellowships in Spine Rehabilitation and Orthopaedics, collaborating closely with a distinguished advisory panel comprised of India\'s foremost Spine Surgeons, Neurologists, Rheumatologists, and Doctors of Physical Medicine. QI Spine Clinic harnesses state-of-the-art global technologies that have been proven effective in diagnosing, managing pain, and treating issues related to back and neck pain.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Extend a warm and professional welcome to patients and visitors.
• Manage incoming phone calls, address inquiries, and accurately schedule appointments.
• Verify and update patient information within the clinic management system.
• Facilitate seamless patient flow by coordinating with healthcare providers, therapists, and other staff.
• Efficiently handle patient registration and check-in procedures.
• Collect and process payments, furnishing receipts as necessary.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Oversee the receipt and dispatch of incoming and outgoing mail.
• Provide support for administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
• Adhere to clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Working Days: A 6-day work week, with 8-hour shifts.

Work Location: Indiranagar (Must be open to working at one additional clinic in Bangalore)

Shift Timings: 8-hour shifts falling within the timeframe of 7 AM to 9 PM, with flexibility required across all three shifts: 7 AM - 1 PM, 10 AM - 6 PM, and 1 PM - 9 PM.
