The Position As a Global Scientific Advisor- Medical MCE Specialist, you will: Develop and implement multi-channel engagement (MCE) strategies to support the organization\'s goals and objectives. Manage and oversee all aspects of MCE programs, including needs assessments, program development, implementation, and evaluation. Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to optimize and improve engagement strategies and tactics. Collaborate with internal and external partners, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical societies, to support MCE initiatives. Ensure that all MCE programs and materials are compliant with regulatory guidelines and standards. Stay up to date with current trends and best practices in multi-channel engagement. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: 2+ years of experience in multi-channel engagement within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. A bachelor\'s or master\'s Degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex medical information to diverse audiences. Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders and medical societies. A strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and standards for multi-channel engagement. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. About the Department The Global Medical Affairs team in Bangalore is an extension of the Global Medical Affairs department headquartered in Denmark. We work closely with the regional CMR departments and the Medical Affairs department in the US affiliate of the company. Our team consists of highly motivated global medical advisors, global scientific advisors (medical writers), project managers, graphic designers, and publication managers. We are dedicated to communicating scientific and medical knowledge on our products to the external scientific community and across the organization.
