Role Level: TBDJob PurposeTo provide medical support and oversight at the Flying Training Organization, ensuring compliance with aviation medical regulations, timely medical interventions, and effective administration of healthcare services at the base.Key
Performance Indicators
Adherence to medical regulations for BA (Breath Alcohol) testing.Timeliness and effectiveness of medical responses in both elective and emergency situations.Compliance with documentation, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.Strict adherence to safety protocols and practices.Effective medical administration and management of the base.Key InterfacesInternal InterfacesCoordination with internal medical team members.External InterfacesCollaboration with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.Liaison with vendors providing medical or support services.Coordination with other stakeholders at the base.Educational and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education RequirementsMBBS from a recognized university.
ExperienceMinimum: 5 years of experience post-MBBS.
Desired:7+ years of experience as a doctor.Specialist training in Aviation Medicine.Prior experience in the aviation industry will be an advantage.
