Janssen India, Johnson & Johnson Private Limited is recruiting for a Medical Education & Information Specialist (MEIS), a position of Medical Affairs function (with focus on medical education programs - proposal processing, execution, and data analysis), located in Mumbai, India.

MEIS role works closely with internal & external stakeholders, across functions in the organization (like Sales & Marketing, Medical Affairs and Healthcare Compliance teams) to facilitate Medical Education Programs implementation efficiently. Updates stakeholders on latest developments and best practices in Medical Education across industry. Supports medical advisors on processes related to review of medical education material.

Key Responsibilities: * Processing of Medical Education Activity proposals.

• Preparing Agreements of the Medical Education events.
• Helps to resolve issues pertaining to pre & post event documents.
• Trains Sales & Marketing on processes and compliance matters pertaining to medical education programs/projects/SOPs.
• Communicate updates on implementation of programs.
• Undertake Data Analysis & Reporting of Medical Affairs events.
• Support archival & retrieval of information related to Medical Affairs programs for Audits and Monitoring purposes.

Education:

Required Degrees * Life Sciences Graduate (Preferably Pharmacy Graduate)

Qualifications

Preferred / Desirable * Academic background with a scientific or marketing degree

Experience and Skills:

• 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or allied industry.
• Preferably with experience in Medical Affairs function.
• Knowledge of Data analysis.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical science & regulations.
• Stakeholder management.

Other Requirements:

• Proficiency in English language is required both in written and spoken.
• Computer skills with basics of excel, word & power point presentation.
• This job profile requires occasional domestic travel for the work time within India.
