PROCESS BRIEF The Media Production Specialist in Hyderabad is a vital member of the Media Production Group within the Internal Communications Teams, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of virtual events for internal stakeholders. Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, Head of Media Production, this role would also involve producing miscellaneous video and motion graphics projects to enhance and promote our organization\'s various Strategic Business Units globally. JOB RESPOSNSIBILITIES Extensive work experience in Live Event Management - including multiple planning sessions for each event as well as post -production work Employee engagement in business strategy and culture Should able to assist with managing the equipment locally for live events and video production Keep Operations running smoothly Exposure about Video work under the guidance of the Creative brief provided by stakeholder and the business and communications team stakeholder To Supplement live meetings Coordinate content, schedule, and logistics with internal event organizers and speakers. Evaluate content for specific audiences Facilitate dry/tech runs with internal and external speakers Produce events onsite using internal AV capabilities Manage virtual events calendar, event delivery, and post-event event recordings Manage virtual post-event items i.e. recording, editing, and archiving Produce events using internally sourced webcasting technology Provide technical support during the event as needed Keep with our organizational branding guidelines Produce Motion Graphics projects for Global Internal Communication Efforts Record and edit other internal communication-focused videos and voiceovers Producing live events for internal or external stakeholders Provide status updates on current projects and upcoming events Strong verbal and written communication with all levels within our organization Vital project and time management Advanced post-production skills in video editing and motion graphic workflows and design. Hunger to innovate, problem-solve, and create engaging content Work with multiple teams globally JOB REQUIREMENTS 3-5 Years working in the Video Production Industry and professional services environment Experience with virtual event production Ability to perform well under pressure Proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently required Professional demeanor, driven attitude, and a desire to support others in their efforts to make our organization succeed. Operate in a Windows and Mac environment. Proficient in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint and Excel Proficient with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Advanced Knowledge of After Effects & Premiere required Knowledge of Video Conferencing technologies, Microsoft Teams, Zoom Webinar, OBS, and NewTek Tricaster Technologies are a plus.
