The Media Editor is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization\'s media presence. This includes developing and implementing media strategies, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent messaging across all media channels and required experience in Content Management, Content Editing, digital media, social media, Content Analysis, Media Planning, Media Management, Media Buying, Press Release Submission,Story boarding,Market Research, Print Media Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies to enhance the organization\'s visibility and reputation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage.
Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for various media platforms, including press releases, articles, and social media posts.
Act as a spokesperson for the organization during crisis situations and manage communication to mitigate potential damage to the organization\'s reputation.
Develop and manage the media department budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Lead and mentor the media team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, public relations, and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in mass Communications & journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in media relations, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of media trends, both traditional and digital.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Crisis management experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
