We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, target-driven and have excellent communication skills. Individuals who are willing to set a higher bar for themselves and the team, find innovative ways to drive businessResponsibilities : - Drive monthly sales target- Analyse data to find the most efficient sales methods- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions- Discover sales opportunities through customer research- Present services to prospective customers- Participate in industry or promotional events (Medical Camp/LSMP) to cultivate customer relationships- Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes- Assess sales performance according to KPIs- Prepare and submit reports to the Country ManagerRequirements : - Proven experience in sales in Healthcare/Hospital industry- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIsEducation, Skills & Experience : - Bachelor\'s or MBA degree in Business or related field required- Understanding of sales systems and consultative selling techniques- Understading of supply chain, product development, marketing in Healthcare industry- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to look beyond the presenting issue to solve the real problem- Ability to scope work and plan projects to achieve results- Strong business acumen with knowledge of customer/consumer insights, channel and category management- Solid Microsoft office application skills, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.- Familiarity with, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and efficiently use Salesforce and/or similar reporting, tracking and mining tools- Strong customer centricity (ref:updazz.com)
