Candidates for this role need a deep understanding in setting processes for day-to-day operations and having the ability to learn from and with our key stakeholders.As part of your role, we will be expecting you to:- Set processes for each city and ensure they are being followed at the customer facing level- Be available 24/7 to handle any queries from the city manager- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.- Helping the city manager build supply of doctors and hospitals and growing the Medfin network.- Ensuring high standards of operational excellence from all team membersWhat You\'ll Bring to the Team- MBA degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations and sales- Penchant for numbers; Attention to details- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management including Senior leadership- Ability to influence without authority and bias for action- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment- Outstanding attention to detail; Exceptional problem solving & analytical skills- Be a self-starter- Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
