Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical Systems Management:Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Project Coordination:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute mechanical projects.
- Regulatory Compliance:Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and safety standards, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance:Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Documentation:Maintain accurate records of mechanical systems, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Safety and Training:Promote a culture of safety and provide guidance on mechanical safety procedures.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/BTech) from a reputable institution.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in mechanical system design, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
