Key Responsibilities



Sales Strategy Development



Develop comprehensive sales strategies.

Tailor approach to different market segments to effectively penetrate them, utilizing in-depth knowledge of hydraulic powerpacks and cylinders.

Lead generation and customer relationship management.

Identify potential clients through various channels, initiate contact, nurture relationships, and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Product Knowledge And Support



Expert understanding of hydraulics products.

Gain and maintain a detailed knowledge of our product specifications, applications, and benefits to effectively communicate these to clients.

Provide technical support and solutions.

Assist customers by identifying the best products for their needs, solving technical challenges, and offering after-sales support.

Collaborate with the engineering team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product development.

Sales Performance Monitoring



Track and analyze sales data.

Monitor sales performance against targets, analyzing data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.

Adapt sales strategies based on analysis.

Use insights from sales data to refine tactics, focusing on the most productive avenues for revenue generation.

Set realistic yet challenging sales targets, motivating the team towards achieving superior results.
