Coordinate with the design and production teams for customized client solutions.
Prepare and negotiate quotations, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Provide after-sales technical support and resolve customer issues.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to explore new markets.
Prepare regular sales reports and update management on progress.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical/industrial products and applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
Key Requirements:
Mechanical Engineering background (Diploma/Degree).
Proven experience in technical/industrial sales.
Good understanding of sales cycle and client handling.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
Self-motivated with strong business acumen.
