Maintains positive and long-term supplier relationships Drives performance and accountability among vendors

4. Process Orientation

Adheres to structured P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes Ensures transparent and accurate documentation

5. ERP & Data Accuracy

Proficient in Tally and ERP systems Ensures timely and accurate PO creation and delivery entries

6. Agility & Proactiveness

Anticipates material shortages and delivery risks Proactively manages lead times and supply continuity

7. Integrity & Compliance

Operates with fairness and transparency Avoids conflicts of interest and upholds ethical sourcing standards
