Job Description

• To get maintenance data for Boiler's & Turbine areas and evaluation of maintenance performance.
• To continuously monitor/measure contract benchmarks, propose required corrective actions to sites.
• To maintain centralized data like equipment details, monthly maintenance performance data etc.
• To plan required External Services / Internal Services for BTG sites as per requirement.
• To evaluate mechanical team for various maintenance jobs.
• To provide support at site during major shutdowns.
• Regular monitoring of preventive and maintenance work.
• To review site planning for monthly / annual requirement of Spares and consumables.
• Arranging spares for equipment & updating indents in cooperation with stores as well as purchase Dept. for Power Plant Unit.
• Planning for annual shutdown maintenance for BTG site after consulting from Operation dept.
• Preparing of monthly material consumption report, unit costing as per Power generator.
