Galaxy Auto Works is one of the most trustworthy luxury car service centers in Mumbai in the field of vehicle servicing and repairing where the latest automobile technological advancement joins hands with an environmentally green approach. It consists of automobile engineers with experience of around 30 years of in complete car service and maintenance of all sorts of premium cars/luxurious cars. It is located in the heart of the city of Mumbai, having about 11,000 sq. ft. with 14 bays of shop floor area and safety surveillance with CCTVs and 24*7 security.

About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Check the materials required list provided by the service advisor
2. Coordinate with other staff for documentation works estimation, invoices, etc.
3. Check the correct parts number in the parts catalog
4. Make a job card of the customer\'s car on the workshop\'s arrival
5. Note down all the customer details including repair, concern, etc.
6. Follow up work such as estimation make, and vendor parts follow up
7. Follow up by checking for the new vendor\'s source
8. Coordinate with new vendors for parts availability, delivery facility, pricing, etc.
9. Attend incoming clients for inquiry
10. Keep ready the car\'s delivery challan, and gate pass, on payment confirmation
11. Prepare job cards, bills & estimations on the company software
