Day-to-day management of site, including monitoring the work of contractor.
Oversee quality control, health and safety matters on site.
Conducted inspection and commissioning team to attain higher level of quality and perfection in work.
Liaise with any client, contractor, supervisors, and the general worker force involved in the project.
Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the architect.
Prepare reports as required, Resolve any technical difficulties that may arise.
Site Meeting with consultants and clients, Quality control of different works.
Negotiation and purchase of materials from various vendors. Co-ordinate with sub-contractors.About:
